Pedipix Perseverance (Maui)
2024 Fawn Point Siamese (Sia P)
Maui is the son of Lily and Percy, he has been kept entire and we do hope to use him at stud in the future but at the moment he is being a very good boy in the house and as we don’t have any entire girls for him here we are not allowing outside girls in as yet so as not to rock the boat.
He has been shown lightly with the GCCF as a kitten winning two Best of Variety Kitten awards, but we have now decided to move to TICA, he has just done his first TICA show and testament to his temperament he took the whole weekend fully in his stride, winning Best of Colour and Best of Division in 7 rings along with 3 Best of Breeds.
At home he is the sweetest and kindest pudding of a cat, permanently snuggling either Lily or one of his humans.

IGrCh Pedipix Pathfinder (Percy)
2017 Fawn Point Siamese (Sia P)
Believed to be the first Fawn Point Siamese to gain the title of Imperial Grand Champion in GCCF history. He gained his 11 CC’s from 9 different judges by the time he was 2 years old.
Percy was in our first litter in 2017, we had no plans to keep or run a stud boy but he was too lovely to neuter. Pathfinder by name and pathfinder by nature he has too many wins on the show bench to mention, he was Best of Variety kitten at every show he entered and Best of Variety Adult numerous times.
At home Percy is as soft as a brush, goofy (cant catch a feather toy to save his life) and loves snuggles. He is proving to pass on his adorable temperament to his kittens as well as pass on or improve on type. Since 2019 he moved outside into his purpose built stud house where he seems very happy, he maintains weight well which is the best sign that he is happy and relaxed. Luckily for both of us his good temperament enables him to have permanent companionship from his neutered son, Blueberry. He is always very happy to say hello to those visiting to meet kittens or bring queens, no need to look at him from arms length!
Percy is now retired from stud, the information here is for the most part for reference only.
From the day he was born he has made us proud for his temperament, throughout his show career, in his retirement proving his worth as a stud cat, always treating his queens with kindness and respect and how he always welcomed Blueberry back in as his permanent companion. That pride stays with us now he is also retired from stud and is continued through his babies who we post about often on our Facebook page.

Stud House

Percy has three sections to his stud house –
House
Percy’s house is fully insulated on all walls, ceiling and floor and heated which usually sits at around 18-24 degrees. He also has a heated pet bed, a double glazed window with a bird feeder outside, a ‘hidey-hole’ which doubles up as queens quarters and CCTV with cloud storage to keep an eye on not only Percy but shy visiting queens. I am looking in to a way to install some sort of tablet or telly so that I can set up cat TV in there for him in winter…watch this space!
Porch
The porch is the smallest section of Percy’s house which has walls on three sides and mesh on one to provide him with a nice sheltered area that feels outside but sheltered from the elements. He spends a lot of time in his porch on the shelf bird watching or snoozing.

Garden
Percy’s garden was the last phase to be completed, it is by far the biggest area and he spends a lot of time in it! Sunbathing in the summer and climbing his tree in the winter, the only time he isn’t outside is when it is raining! It is a nice size and he often has a silly five minutes running around in here! It is mesh on two sides and the roof so has a real feel of outside and is open to the elements, it also has perspex ‘sneeze guards’ round the bottom to prevent any outsiders spreading nasties, a tree for climbing and a chair for sunbathing, though he spends a lot of time using the chair and tree to assess his territory and watch what is going on in the fields below. We also have bird feeders around the cat house, Percy and Blueberry don’t seem to care but Lily and Minnie love watching the birds – as do I! Must be a girl thing..!
We still want to add a few more shelves and climbing frames into his garden – so is still a work in progress…

Percy no longer available at stud.
He has more than proven himself to be a very kind boy, gaining the trust of the queen and more often than not ending up curling up together.
